DO NOT Miss Use Admin Chat.
DO NOT bully or harass players.
DO NOT Advertise Other Servers.
DO NOT spam in voice chat or by typing.
You Must have an RP Name when playing. (/rpname [your name])
DO NOT Scam, You must pay the person or give the person what they payed for.
DO NOT RDM (Random Deathmatch), this means that you are not allowed to randomly kill people.
DO NOT Revenge RDM (RRDM), this is when you go and revenge kill a person who previously killed you.
DO NOT Fear RP, if someone is pointing a gun at you, you are not allowed to take out a weapon or run away.
DO NOT NLR (New Life Rule), this means that you are NOT allowed to go back to the place you died within 5 minutes of your death.
DO NOT Meta Game, this means you are not allowed to talk in OOC(Out of character) while IC(In character), Example; Discussing RP in OOC
DO NOT attempt to crash the server. Attempting to crash the server will result in a PERMANENT ban (ask to talk to an admin if you witness this).
The administrator's word is the final. You must obey it. It is not negotiable. If you believe it is an abuse of their power post a player report on the forums.
DO NOT Backseat Administrate. You're not allowed to make someone wanted for the reason 'RDM, CDM' Etc. or kill people breaking rules. Call an admin instead.

PD and Bank raids both have 30 minute cool-down.
Do not make no-collided cameras to look inside a base/house.
Do not suicide if you are arrested/getting arrested. Or to avoid an RP situation.
Do not Self-Supply unless there are no other suppliers on the server at the time.
Placing a hit on someone after they killed you is considered breaking New Life Rule.
Do not reconnect in order to recover your stolen vehicle or change to a job on cool-down.
You may not disrespect or provoke other players, when role-playing keep it to a minimum.
Do not kidnap people randomly. You can ask for a maximum of $10k for the kidnapped person.
Do not printer bomb. (Spawn a printer & or bit miner and shoot it to make it explode and kill people.

Do not Combat Buy, This means you cannot buy armor health ammo, etc during a raid this goes for if you are raiding or being raided.

Spawn is a non RP area, do not kidnap, mug, terrorist attack, etc inside spawn.
If you find a restrained player left alone, you cannot take control of his restraints without advertising kidnap. The same applies for a carjacking,

Base and Building Rules:
You are only allowed to have 3 fading doors per base regardless of who owns them, this includes fading doors covering your printers, guns or other raidables.
Fake keypads are not allowed.
Fading doors and keypads must be visible and must be placed next to or on the fading door, fading doors must be open for a minimum of 4 seconds.
Do not build fading doors in front of or behind a normal door. (this is double dooring)
Do not abuse fading doors. (Don't make fading doors for the sole purpose of shooting through them).
You must own all the doors inside your base.
Do not make tunnels where you can shoot people's heads.
Do not shoot through one way walls.
You are not allowed to base in the nightclub. - No nightclub on the current map, rule may need to be removed.
Do not build bases/shops that have entrances only accessible by crouch jumping, crouching or any form other than walking.
You can make KOS Zones but it needs to be clearly marked and cannot go onto the street or footpath.
You are not allowed to build on the roads, however hobos can build on the sidewalks.
Do not place props for the sole purpose of reaching areas normally not available like roofs, do not build on roofs not accessible without the use of props, don't be a smart-ass and find other ways to access these areas.
Do not block/build around the food vending machines. - once again, no vending machine and needs to be removed.
Do not block off large areas of the map such as roads, tunnels Etc.
Building signs can only be kept up for 30 minutes.
You can't build on roads or footpaths.
You can't build in the police station.
You cannot have raidables (Printers/Drug labs/Bitcoin/Guns) while you have a building sign active.
Bank Manager is allowed to build inside the bank using only ONE fading door.

A hobo cannot be raided.
Do not mug, raid, kidnap or any illegal activity of the kind as a Gun dealer, Drug Dealer, Hit-man, Citizen, Casino Manager, Security Guard, Old Man, Hobo, Black Market Dealer or Doctor, you must RP as the job. (If a Hit-man's target is inside a base they can raid it to kill the target. They can't steal anything.)
Do not steal cars as a government member.
Do not randomly tase people as a government member.

When you play as a cop, do not open any doors without a warrant.

Doctor is not a combat medic! Do not use it as one!
The bank Guard may work for the bank manager.
Police cannot shoot an unarmed player unless they're resisting arrest and are outside the range of a taser.
No one not even police are not permitted to use or own illegal weapons.

Police can make a check point but it has to be easy to navigate.

Custom gangs must follow the same rules as all other gangs, with the exception of what that gang allows them to do.

Do not mug, raid, kidnap or any illegal activity of the kind as a Gun dealer, Drug Dealer, Hit-man, Citizen, Casino Manager, Security Guard, Old Man, Hobo, Black Market Dealer or Doctor, you must RP as the job. (If a Hit-man's target is inside a base they can raid it to kill the target. They can't steal anything.)
Do not steal cars as a government member.
Do not randomly tase people as a government member.
Do not randomly weapon check people as a government member.
Do not kill other government members as a government member.
When you play as a cop, do not open any doors without a warrant.
Do not throw shoes at people randomly as a hobo, only if you have a good reason. (Someone calls you scum/humiliate you etc.)
Do not abuse jobs, Example: Don't switch jobs to a cop to unarrest your friend.
Members of the government are not allowed to have Illegal weapons.
As a cop you are only allowed to shoot wanted players when they attempt to escape or begin shooting at you or another officer.
Do not randomly handcuff people as a cop.
Only use your cop car siren when pulling over cars. Or driving to a crime scene.
Doctor is not a combat medic! Do not use it as one!
The bank Guard may work for the bank manager.
Police cannot shoot an unarmed player unless they're resisting arrest and are outside the range of a taser.
No one not even police are not permitted to use or own illegal weapons.
Police do not have to advert counter to raids.
Police can make a check point but it has to be easy to navigate.
Police can block off a road if deemed necessary in a role-play situation.
Custom jobs must abide by the same rules as every other job, with the exception of what the job allows them to do. Example: A pro terrorist can start a terror attack, this enables temporary RDM until killed. Example 2: A custom job with a swep such as Spider-man swep can use there swep to enter a base easier only if that job allows them to raid.

Gang Rules:
Allied gangs can base together.
You can only be in one gang at a time.
You can't raid with other players not in your gang.
You can have 1 building for every 4 gang members.
You must advert "Gang Raid" before raiding a rival gang's base.
You may not raid the same gang more than once every 30 minutes.
You can't build your gang base next to another gang's base. Unless allied.
You are prohibited from building checkpoints or barricades unless it is on your turf.
The maximum number of allied gangs is 1, and the maximum number of rival gangs is 2.
Your gangs turf must be easily seen such as a KOS line so that people will not accidentally cross through it.
Custom gangs must follow the same rules as all other gangs, with the exception of what that gang allows them to do.

All black market guns are illegal, even with a gun licence. Normal guns are illegal without a licence.
Mugging, carjacking, raiding, kidnapping and any authorized or non-willful use of force or stealing is illegal.
